I have completed a pathway to aesthetics, can you cover me?

Yes, if you have completed a pathway with one of our approved training academies.

Do I have to have 6 months needling experience for you to cover me?

Not necessarily, this would depend on your qualifications.

Can I add advanced Fillers and Botox?

If you already have cover for injectables (Botox/Fillers) this is automatically covered.

Do you cover Lemon bottle?

Yes – covered.

Can I work on a mobile basis?
Yes, We can cover you to work anywhere in the UK (Home, Mobile, Renting a room/chair).
Can I add new treatments onto my policy?

Yes, you may find that these are already noted in one of the bands selected, full list of covered treatments can be found in your Statement of Fact. If not we can refer to our insurer to add.

What is the Minimum age to perform treatments?

18 years old.

What is the minimum age for clients to receive general beauty treatments?

10 years old and above with parental permission if client is under 18 years old.

What is the minimum age for clients to receive advanced beauty treatments?

12 years old and above with parental permission if client is under 18 years old.

What is the minimum age for clients to receive laser hair removal?

14 years old and above with parental permission if client is under 18 years old.

Do I have to perform patch tests?

Please follow manufacturers guidelines.

Needling/Peeling Depth Limit?

Please follow manufacturers guidelines.

Do you cover Plenhyage?

Yes, it is covered under Skin Boosters, insurers would like at least an online course completed for this product.

Can I do training courses online?

Only product training can be done virtually – if you are learning a new treatment all together, this will have to be face to face.

Further training

As long as you have completed an approved pathways course with one of our approved trainers, you can do further treatment/product training with any academy.

Can I have a certificate for the pharmacy/consent apps?

We do not issue certificates, but the Statement of Fact document should be accepted on these occasions.

Would you know if they can use Revolax UK? It’s not a CE marked product.
Yes, Revolax is accepted, it’s been out for years plus Omnyy cover it.
Intramuscular vitamin injection

This is the same as B12/Vitamin Injections and falls under the injectables banding. Full list of covered treatments can be found in your Statement of Fact.

What payment options do you offer?

You can either pay in full using a credit/debit card. BACS transfer or Cheque, or we offer a direct debit option spreading your payments over 12 monthly instalments with £0 deposit.
